Project & Property Management
There are some things in life worth worrying about. Managing your project or property should not be among them.
Like some other terms we have encountered, project management and property management are often used interchangeably in everyday speech. They, however, are quite distinct. We will explain the difference so that you know exactly what type of service you need.
Project management refers to collective activites of assessing the needs of a project; creating and executing plans for its development and completion; determining, sourcing and allocating resources; and creating and adhering to schedules to ensure the timely completion of the project.
Property management, on the other hand, refers to any of those activites that involve the general oversight of a property. Such activities may include advertising rental properties, interviewing tenants, collecting rent, maintaining and repairing the property etc.
